What To Expect

FIRST TIME VISITORS

We look forward to meeting your family! New Hope Kids (NHK) is a ministry to families with children ages Birth through 4th Grade.  NHK is available during all services at all campuses. For service times and locations, please visit our locations page.

Arrival
When you arrive inside, look for the Tailgate, a welcome area with green astro turf.  The Tailgate is a designated area for first time families to get registered at New Hope Church. 

Registration & Check-In:
At the Tailgate, you will be guided through a quick registration process, receive a special gift, and be escorted to the children’s area where a greeter will assist with the quick check-in process.

*For tours of New Hope Kids, please visit the New Hope Kids Guest Service area at any campus. 

SAFETY

Safety is our top priority! 

Identification Tags
At check-in, you will receive matching identification tags for you and your child(ren) that are exclusive to your family and visit.  This tag allows our team to identify your child(ren) and adults approved to pick them up.  Children will be released only to an adult with the matching identification tag. 

Team Members
NHK volunteer and staff team members are background checked and trained on child safety. We strive to provide a safe, fun environment for children to learn about Jesus! We want your child to feel safe at church. Therefore, should your child need you during service, you will be notified by text.

CLASSROOMS

Nursery
Birth - 24 Months
In our Nursery, babies will be greatly cared for by our loving team of volunteers. We sing, play, and show Jesus' love to our little ones by caring for all their needs.  We also allow nursing mothers to utilize our area by providing a comfortable, semi-private, place for you.

Toddler & Preschool
2 - 5 Years
In our Toddler and Preschool classrooms, we begin to introduce the concept of small groups and relationship building.  Each weekend, we learn through play as we introduce stories from the Bible with video lessons, crafts, games and color sheets.  

Elementary
Kindergarten – 4th Grade
In our Elementary classrooms, students are lead in worship and Bible teaching through video lessons, live teaching and small group activities. Students are encouraged to build healthy relationships while applying Bible lessons learned in class through games, discussion questions and fun activities in a small group setting.

Hope Friends
Individuals of all ages with special needs
